ABOUT DR. CONSTANTINO
Dr. Constantino is a licensed clinical psychologist and the founder of BellaMente Services. BellaMente means beautiful mind in Italian, and the goal of our practice is to optimize your beautiful mind. Dr. Michelle has a passion for helping children, adults, and families live life to their full potential. She believes that it is essential to consider each individual and family's diverse backgrounds and that their care should be tailored to such. She has expertise in treating depression, anxiety, behavioral problems, trauma, disordered eating and self image. She particularly passionate about life transitions, such as adjusting in school or college, in a relationship or marriage, in a job or career path, as well as any healthy lifestyle change.

EXPERIENCE
Dr. Constantino has extensive expertise in behavioral intervention and making healthy lifestyle changes to achieve one's physical, emotional, and behavioral health goals as an individual or family system. She has over 10 years experience in the mental health field and has worked in school systems, hospitals, intensive in-home care, and mental health clinics. She also worked in bariatric psychology for over 5 years. Dr. Constantino values utilizing scientific evidence based interventions. She is also board certified to provide teletherapy nationwide in the 28 and counting PSYPACT states.
